Delivery
Standard Delivery to the UK
We offer FREE Mainland UK delivery as standard and it will appear as such on your basket & order confirmation which is e-mailed to you upon completion.
Orders placed before 1.00 p.m. Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched same day, by royal mail first class recorded. Your order will usually arrive with you in one or two working days.
If an item is out of stock or no longer available we will contact you to suggest a suitable alternative or arrange a later delivery date.
If we expect any delays in delivery we will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery date. Should this not be acceptable to you, we will give you an opportunity to cancel your order or select an alternative item.
We will not process any payment until the order is ready for dispatch.
Mainland UK Special Delivery
Guaranteed next day delivery for orders placed before 1PM (Mon-Thur) is charged from £3.95 dependant on shipping weight. Packages will require a signature upon delivery.
If you require your order next day please select the special delivery option, available at checkout after you have entered your postcode.
We will not process any payment until the order is ready for dispatch.
Delivery To EU Countries
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days, estimated delivery within 7 days.
Prices for EU insured deliveries start from £4.95 (GBP).
If an item is out of stock or no longer available we will contact you to suggest a suitable alternative or arrange a later delivery date.
Packages will require a signature on receipt.
If we expect any delays in delivery we will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery date. Should this not be acceptable to you, we will give you an opportunity to cancel your order or select an alternative item.

Delivery to USA, Japan & Rest of World
Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, South Africa, United States - All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days (usually same day) estimated delivery within 7 days.
All orders will be delivered using an insured courier service and will need to be signed for on receipt.
Delivery Charges:
Orders of a value up to £100 (GBP) will be charged at £30 (GBP).
Orders of a value up to £200 (GBP) will be charged at £20 (GBP).
Orders of a value up to £300 (GBP) will be charged at £10 (GBP).
Prices for International insured courier deliveries are FREE on orders over £300 (GBP).
