Philippe Ferrandis broke into the couture jewellery design limelight in Paris in 1986. Since then he has designed for Chanel, Balmain, Givenchy, Oscar de la Renta and Nina Ricci amongst others and his work has evolved both in technique and sources of inspiration ever since. He has always remained firmly at the forefront of cutting edge design.
Philippe’s father, when asked if his son displayed any sign of creativity as a young child, replied ‘If you gave Philippe two chairs and a curtain you soon had a theatre’.
