Delivery to the UK Mainland & Northern Ireland
FREE delivery
We offer FREE UK mainland and Northern Ireland delivery as standard and it will appear as such on your basket & order confirmation which is e-mailed to you upon completion.
Orders are dispatched by Royal Mails "Signed For" and will require a signature upon receipt.
Your order will usually arrive within three working days.
First Class delivery
If you require your parcel a little quicker, for £1.00 you can choose Royal Mail's First Class "Signed For", a signature will be required upon receipt.
Orders placed before 1.00 p.m. Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched same day.
Your order will usually arrive within two working days.
Special Delivery
If your item is time sensitive or required by the next day we recommend that you select "Special Delivery" at checkout, this option is available after you have entered your postcode.
Guaranteed next day delivery for orders placed before 1PM (Mon-Thur) is charged from £6.95 dependant on shipping weight. Packages will require a signature upon delivery.
If we expect any delays in delivery, or an item is out of stock, we will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery date. Should this not be acceptable to you, we will give you an opportunity to cancel your order or select an alternative item. Please let us know if your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days.
Delivery To EU Countries
Orders placed before 1.00 p.m. Monday to Thursday are processed and dispatched same day, by royal mail "internationally signed for", all packages will require a signature upon delivery.
Estimated delivery within 7 to 14 working days.
Prices for EU insured deliveries start from £6.95 (GBP) dependant on weight.
Packages will require a signature on receipt.
If we expect any delays in delivery or, if an item is out of stock, we will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery date. Should this not be acceptable to you, we will give you an opportunity to cancel your order or select an alternative item.
We will not process any payment until the order is ready for dispatch.
Delivery to USA, Japan & Rest of World
Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, South Africa, United States - All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days, estimated delivery from 7 to 28 days (usually within 14 working days).
All orders will be delivered using Royal Mails "Internationally Signed For" service and will need to be signed for on receipt.
Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges start from £10 and are calculated according to the weight and cost of postage, you will be notified of the cost at the checkout, before your order is processed.
If an item is out of stock or no longer available we will contact you to suggest a suitable alternative or arrange a later delivery date.
If we expect any delays in delivery we will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery date. Should this not be acceptable to you, we will give you an opportunity to cancel your order or select an alternative item.
We will not process any payment until the order is ready for dispatch.
Please be aware you maybe required to pay customs duty, in accordance with your countries rules, on your order.
